Camp Hours

Our camp operates Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Locations

Camp Imagineerz is held at two locations every summer:

June: Palo Alto (Site TBA)
July: Los Altos (Site TBA)

All sessions run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and are open to grades 1-5.

Contactless Drop-Off and Pick-Up

Drop-Off: 9:00 – 9:10 am daily. Please display your child’s name and pod assignment (provided via e-mail) on your dashboard and remain in your vehicle.

Pick-Up: 3:00 – 3:10 pm daily. If someone other than a parent is picking up, please ensure that they bring an ID

Late Pick-Up Policy: A fee of $5 is applied for pick-ups within five minutes past the designated time. Beyond this, a charge of $1 per minute applies. Easy to remember and hopefully, never used. 🙂

Food

Camp Imagineerz is a nut-free environment to ensure the safety of all campers.

We do not offer lunch or snacks. Please pack a nut-free:

morning snack
lunch
and an afternoon snack (if child is staying for extended care)

You can order nut-free meals from our partner, Charley Noodle & Grill, with free delivery. For more details, visit our Food page.

We provide a refreshing icy treat each afternoon.

Daily Essentials

Please ensure that your child has the following everyday:

A morning snack
Lunch
An extra snack, if staying for PM Extended Care
Water bottle
Sunscreen and
Hat

Also, please check to see that your child is wearing:

Casual clothing that can get dirty
Comfortable, closed-toe shoes

Makerspace Materials

As campers use a variety of recycled materials for makerspace projects, we would very much appreciate donations of the following items:

Cereal boxes and other cardstock
Egg cartons
Toilet paper and paper towel tubes
Paper bags

Important: Please do not bring any glass containers or styrofoam to camp to ensure safety and cleanliness for everyone.

Theme Days

Water Wednesdays: Bring your water squirter, but NO change of clothes! Wear clothes you are comfortable getting mildly wet in. We will dry off in the sun during lunch, so bring a towel you can sit on.

Theme Thursdays: We go all out every Thursday with a simple theme, so get creative and join the fun.
