Camp Imagineerz
Frequently Asked Questions

Camp Imagineerz offers a distinctive day camp experience in the South Bay, uniquely blending STEM with social-emotional learning. Our mission is to empower children to become confident and positive creators. By integrating hands-on STEM activities with vital life skills, we prepare young minds not just for school, but for life, fostering resilience, creativity, and collaboration in every camper.

At Camp Imagineerz, children discover the transformative power of their attitudes and reactions in shaping outcomes. We delve into this concept through a mix of compelling stories, interactive games, engaging activities, and hands-on design challenges.

Our curriculum is designed to help campers identify obstacles and equip them with effective problem-solving strategies. We inspire a robust “I can do this!” mindset that empowers children to face challenges confidently. Beyond learning, campers will also enjoy a summer packed with thrilling outdoor adventures and fun, ensuring they not only grow but also have an unforgettable experience.

We offer three types of camp experiences:

Leadership Experiences:

At our camp, we ensure a close and attentive environment with a camper to counselor ratio of no more than 10:1. For many activities, the ratio is often even lower, typically around 8:1, allowing for more personalized interaction and supervision.

We do not provide lunch at camp, but we have a hot meal partner that delivers! For detailed information on what to pack, food policies and hot lunch, please visit our Food page.

Yes! We offer PM Extended Care from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.

We offer three distinct and exciting themes each year. To fully immerse in and benefit from the i-Can! mindset, we recommend signing up for all three weeks if possible. This duration allows us to teach, reinforce, and effectively demonstrate the transformative impact of the i-Can! philosophy. However, if committing to three weeks is challenging, one or two weeks still provide a solid foundation.

Note: Developing an i-Can! mindset is akin to learning a language or sport; it flourishes with repetition and sustained practice. Additionally, attending multiple weeks not only deepens the learning experience but also helps foster stronger bonds among campers.
