Counselors work in teams, but specialize in one of two areas:
Acting Coaches
Theatrical and passionate about helping camper put on an epic performance at the end of the week
Making Coaches
Tinkerers, engineers, makers, artists, and builders, who run the makerspace
Requirements
1+ year of college experience
Positivity and enthusiasm
Time Commitment
Training
2-3 Hours of Self-Study Before Leadership Training (Upon Being Hired)
Team Dinner (Friday, May 31 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm)
Counselor Training (Saturday June 1- Sunday June 2 from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm)
Set-Up
Palo Alto Team: Friday, June 7th from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Los Altos Team: Sunday, July 7th from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Camp
6 Weeks Between June 10 – July 26 (No Camp Week of July 4th)
