Teaching during the COVID pandemic has been uniquely challenging, and with the new variant, January may be an especially difficult period due to staff absences or temporary return to remote learning. We wanted to share this resource from last year to support teachers in having a joyful and restorative holiday break and highlighting the variety of ways students can practice self-care in the coming year.
